摘要
中非高等教育形式从最初的互派留学生逐步扩大到教育人员互访、校际合作、举办短期培训班、合作研究项目等形式;合作交流的主体由政府主导向学校自主转变;交流与合作的内容从语言和文化为主扩展到多个学科与领域。但是从整体来看,中非高等教育合作仍然以中方向非方提供援助为主,这种援助式合作形式的交流与合作并不能保证交流合作的有效性、积极性和可持续性,实现双方优势互补的合作共赢才是行稳致远的基础。
China-Africa cooperation in higher education has gradually expanded from the initial exchange of international students to the exchanges of peer educators, inter-school cooperation, short-term training courses, and cooperative research projects. The main body of cooperation and exchange has changed from government-leading to school autonomy;the content of cooperation and exchange has expanded from languages and culture to multiple disciplines and fields. However on the whole, China-Africa cooperation in higher education still focuses on China's assistance to Africa. This form of supportable cooperation does not guarantee the effectiveness, enthusiasm and sustainability of communication cooperation. China-Africa education cooperation should adhere to the principles of mutual benefit and assistances in this way,it can go far and firm.
