摘要
中非教育合作经过60余年的不断调整和深化,逐渐从单向援助发展为全方位的双向合作与交流体系。"中非大学20+20合作计划"是通过构建中非大学"一对一"校际合作新模式,推动中非在高等教育领域多层次、多领域、多形式的教育交流与合作。"中非大学20+20合作计划"是对国际教育发展援助理论和实践模式的创新,对提高非洲高等教育能力和促进我国高等教育的国际化具有双重作用。总结和完善"中非大学20+20合作计划"实施的经验,对建立全面的中非教育合作与交流机制具有重要意义。
The China-Africa education cooperation mode has gradually changed from single-acting aid to interactive-acting cooperation and communication system after sixty years＇ adjustment and deepening. By structuring ＂one-to-one＂ China-Africa inter-school cooperation mode, ＂the 20 ＋ 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan＂ promotes the multilevel, muhidiscipline, multiform of China-Africa higher education exchange and co- operation. ＂The 20 ＋ 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan＂ is an innovation of theory and practice mode in international educational development cooperation, it plays a dual role in improving the ability of African higher education and promoting the internationalization of Chinese higher education. Summarizing and perfecting the implementation experience of ＂the 20 ＋ 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan＂ will be of great importance in establishing a comprehensive China-Africa education exchange and cooperation mechanism.
