摘要
在军队院校调整改革的背景下,研究了海军生长军官领导力培塑的重要性及其构成要素。在经典领导力模型的基础上,提出了海军生长军官领导力的“八力一感”构成要素。剖析了当前领导力培塑过程中存在的矛盾问题,其主要表现为培塑目标站位不够高、实践环节难以形成合力、缺乏有效的评价反馈机制以及毕业生长军官岗位胜任力偏弱。最后,从优化目标定位、建立机构平台、健全评价体系、强化培育环境四个方面提出了对策建议。
This paper firstly dwells on the significance and essential elements of naval cadets,and proposes elements of naval cadets leadership with "eight forces and one sense" in the context of military academy adjustment and reform.Then,on this basis,the principal contradiction and problems in the process of leadership cultivation are analyzed,mainly concerning the primary cultivation goal,lack of effective cooperation,invalid feedback mechanism and inadequate competence of cadets upon graduation.Finally,suggestions are put forward with regard to optimizing the target orientation,setting up an institutional platform,perfecting the evaluation system and improving the cultivation environment.
