摘要
为贯彻落实新时代教育方针要求,培塑生长军官学员政治能力,提升军校人才培养质量,剖析了当前学员政治能力训练存在的主要问题,归纳了生长军官学员政治能力训练的内涵,提出了聚焦"四性"培塑学员政治能力,即从系统性、历史性、时代性、实践性4个维度分别训练新时代军校学员辨是非懂坚守、观大势明方向、看全局应变局、勇担当敢作为的政治能力.这可为军校加强生长军官学员政治能力训练提供理论依据.
In order to implement the requirements of the educational policies of the new era,cultivate and develop the political abilities of growth officer cadets and improve the quality of personnel training in military academies,this article analyzes the main problems existing in the current cadets’political ability training,and then summarizes the connotation of the political abilities training of growth officer cadets.Finally,the article proposes the approach to focusing on the"Four Characteristics"to train officer cadets’political ability,that is,from the four dimensions of systematicness,historicity,contemporaneity and practicalness,the military cadets in the new era will be trained to distinguish right from wrong and stand fast,understand the general trend and know the direction,observe the global and respond to the changed situation,and dare to take responsibility and make difference,which can provide a theoretical basis for military academies to strengthen the political ability training of growth officers cadets.
