摘要
为适应军队转型建设发展,满足部队人才需求和岗位任职能力需求,在分析生长军官"本科教育+首次任职培训"融合培养模式背景和研究必要性的基础上,阐述这一培养模式的基本内涵以及培养需求、培养目标、培养路径和效果评估等4个方面的构成要素,并从加强院校与部队合力育人、创新组训模式、提升师资队伍整体能力素质和健全制度保障等方面,提出应做好的组织运行条件保障。
To meet the demands of military transformation for talents and their post-qualified abilities,the paper analyzes the background and necessity of undergraduate education plus first-time job training,a comprehensive cultivation mode for officer candidates who enter military academies after graduation from high schools or through direct section as soldiers from primary-level units.explains the signification of this mode and its elements including education requirement,goal,path and assessment,and develops some proposals such as rearing people by both academies and units,innovating training organization mode,elevating overall qualities of faculty,and establishing related regulations.
