摘要
培养应用型创新型人才是我国经济和社会发展对地方院校的必然要求,本文研究了当前国内外校企合作的主要模式和优缺点,分析了国内应用型人才培养所面临的问题,并以产教融合为实施路径,阐述了学校、政府和企业"三对接一联动"合作培养模式。
Cultivating applied and innovative talents is an inevitable requirement for local universities in China's economic and social development. This paper studies the main modes and advantages and disadvantages of school-enterprise cooperation, analyzes the problems faced by the cultivation of applied talents, and takes the integration of production and education as the implementation path, expounds "3 abutments and 1 linkage cooperative training mode" that between schools governments and enterprises.
