摘要
产教融合是教学改革的主要方向,是人才供给与产业需求融合对接的必经之路。本文提出基于产教融合凝练课程特色、优化教学内容、创新教学模式和教学手段、完善课程考核体系的课程改革思路,并在突出冷链特色的《运输管理》课程教学中深入实践,对国内地方高校培养适合地方产业经济发展高质量人才有一定的借鉴作用。
The integration of production and education is the main direction of teaching reform,and it is the only way for the integration of talent supply and industry demand.This paper puts forward the idea of curriculum reform based on the integration of production and teaching,condensing course features,the optimization of teaching content,the innovation of teaching mode and means,and the improvement of curriculum assessment system,and in the cold-chain features of the"Transport Management"course teaching in-depth practice,it has a certain reference for local colleges and universities in China to train high-quality talents suitable for the development of local industrial economy.
