摘要
文中对冷链物流方向特色人才培养体系建设展开研究,设计教学内容,展开教材、教学资源库的建设,并将零散的理论课程、实验、实践等教学内容进行整合,以培养出适应社会需要的冷链物流人才。同时,在人才培养中注重运用互联网技术,建立相关网站、QQ群和微信群等,注重知识的综合运用和实践训练,采用学生喜闻乐见的方式与学生展开互动,应用效果良好。
The paper studied the talent cultivation system of cold chain logistics,designed of teaching content,constructed teaching material and teaching resource database,integrated theory courses,experiment,practice and teaching content.At the same time,cultivating the talents should pay attention to the Internet technology usage,via establishing related website,QQ group and group of We Chat,the knowledge integrated applied ability and practical training,and use the happy way to interact with students,the effect of application is good.
