摘要
立足于交叉学科的课程研究,以食品安全与冷链物流管理为例,使用特尔斐法以及定性、定量分析的方法,紧密结合企业和行业人才需求,深入企业进行调研,对食品安全和冷链物流的工作过程进行分析,对其岗位核心任务模块进行定位,构建出基于食品价值链全过程的食品安全类专业和冷链物流管理专业的共享课程体系,以便于更大程度地利用教学资源,实现学科间的渗透和互补,在节约教育成本的同时,达到更有效的教育目标,对我国食品冷链物流起到一定的促进作用。
In this paper, the processes of food safety and cold chain logistics management are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by Dephi Method. Based on the enterprise investigation and combined with their talent demand,the post core task module is located and the sharing curriculum system is constructed after analyzing the processes of food safety and cold chain logistics management. Data and conclusions of the paper will help in using teaching resources effectively and playing a role in promoting our food cold chain logistics,achieving interdisciplinary penetration and complementary,savings education cost and achieving a more effective educational goals.
