摘要
高等院校特别是军事院校的培养体系中,学员领导力的培养和提升是重要组成部分。本文首先厘清学员领导力的基本内涵,从系统思维、掌控信息、科学决策、组织协调、开拓创新、自我发展六个方面进行分析;然后针对技术类军校学员特别是研究生学员的特点,由于其学习过程包括大量的学术活动和科研攻关工作,本文从依托学术活动加强学员管理能力培养和立足科研实践强化学员领导力生成两个方面进行详细阐述,给出在学术活动和科研攻关中提升学员领导力的主要方法;最后强调学员领导力培养是科技强军战略和建设创新型国家的必然要求。
In the training system of institutions of higher learning,especially military academies, the cultivation and improvement of cadets＇ leadership is an important part. First, we clarify the basic connotation of cadets＇ leadership based on the analysis of such six aspects as systematic thinking, information control, scientific policy-making, organization and coordination, expansion and innovation, and self-development. Second, in accordance with the characteristics of cadets, especially postgraduate cadets, from technical military academies, that is, their learning includes a lot of academic activities and scientific research, we make a detailed elaboration on enhancing the cultivation of cadets＇ management ability relying on academic activities and strengthening the formation of cadets＇ leadership based on scientific research practice.In the end, we stress that the cultivation of cadets＇ leadership is an inevitable requirement of the strategy of building a strong military through science and technology and constructing an innovation-oriented country.
