学前教育特色人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 学前教育专业是众多应用型大学根据社会对幼教发展需求开设的重要专业,专业设置历史长短不一,人才培养模式水平参差不齐,人才培养质量差距明显,对社会需求的满意度适应性低。西安翻译学院是陕西省民办院校首家开设学前教育专业的院校,本文结合西安翻译学院人才培养模式实际,总结提出了“三位一体,五维平台”特色人才培养模式路径体系,在促进和实现学生以德为先全面一体化发展上进行有益实践探索。 Pre-school education,an important major offered by many application-oriented universities,varies in curriculum design,talent training mode,talent quality and satisfaction of the society.This paper makes research on the talent cultivation mode in Xi'an Fanyi University,and proposes"the trinity mode,5-D platform"mode in the hope of promoting and implementing students' overall development.
