转型发展视野下本科学前教育人才培养方案优化研究

摘要 以地方高校本科学前教育专业适应转型发展为研究视角,以面向一线培养应用型人才目标与地方高校本科学前教育人才培养方案适应度为调查与研究对象,发现当前地方高校本科学前教育专业的人才培养方案主要存在课程结构不合理,公共课内容与实际需要不适应,专业课设置未能充分体现《教师教育课程标准(试行)》《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的要求,就业与创业教育缺乏针对性,课程内容比较封闭等问题。因此,为适应转型发展对应用型人才的需求,重新构建地方高校本科学前教育人才培养方案迫在眉睫。 From the perspective of adaptive transformation development of undergraduate preschool educa- tion in local college, it take the aims to cultivate the applied talents and the fitness of talents training pro- gram of undergraduate preschool education in local college as example. Many problems exist in the talents training program of local college undergradute preschool education, unreasonable course structure, public course is not adjust to the actual needs, professional course setting does not embody the requirements of Teacher Education Curriculum Standards (for Trial Implementation) and Kindergarten Teachers' Profes- sional Standards(for Trial Implementation), employment and enterprise education's lack of specificity, course content is relatively closed. Therefore, in order to adapt to the needs of the adaptive development of applied talents, it is urgent to reconstruct the talent training program of undergraduate preschool education in local colleges.
