摘要
在以机会需求转向质量需求的新时代,依据工科类专业人才培养的基本特点并结合用人单位的指向,高等院校在人才培养的过程中,应注重以专业教育和德育教育相结合的原则,坚持专业课程指导与价值引领,努力为企业培养德才兼备的人才。以西安翻译学院工程技术学院为例,通过对工科类专业教育教学改革的思考,提出实践路径,以便为相应的专业建设与人才培养提供参考依据。
In order to meet the quality demand in the new era,higher institutions should cultivate talents with professional knowledge as well as moral education,and they should adhere to the guidance of curriculum and moral values as well.This paper explores the teaching reform of engineering education and puts forward the feasible proposals so as to give reference to the related major construction and talent cultivation.
