摘要
高等教育转型是当前我国的社会热点,转型的实质是一批院校向应用型、职业型转变。西安翻译学院结合高等教育的发展方向和新趋势,着力探索自身转型的新思路、新途径,规划了一批示范特色专业进行转型试点改革,学前教育专业就是其中之一。本文结合学前教育专业发展的现状和问题分析,提出了几点转型背景下增强本专业学生就业竞争力的建议。
The transformation of higher education is a hot social spot in China, the essence of the transformation is a group of colleges and universities transform to applied type and occupation type. Combined with the development direction amd new trends of the of higher education, Xi＇an Fanyi University focus on exploring the new ideas and new ways of the transformation and plans a batch ofdemonstration characteristic specialties to carry out the pilot reform of the transformation, the preschool education professional is one of them. Combined with the present situation of development and the problem analysis of preschool education professional, this paper puts forward several suggestions to increase the employment competitiveness of the students in this professional under the background of transformation.
