摘要
辅导员肩负高校教育和管理的双重任务,是高校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分。由于部分辅导员工作中存在自身能力与动机障碍、职业目标建设的偏差、职业工作内容的游离等问题,从而产生职业生涯高原反应,一定程度地影响了辅导员队伍的整体建设与发展。高校应着重培育辅导员思想政治素养、职业能力素养、学习与科学研究素养,通过树立职业生涯发展的主体意识、强化职业生涯必备的核心素养、确立职业生涯成功的科学标准以及适应无边界职业生涯发展趋势等途径,对辅导员的职业生涯高原反应进行缓和并破解,为高校辅导员队伍的可持续稳定发展奠定基础。
Counselors shoulder the dual tasks of college education and management,and are an important part of the ideological and political work team in colleges and universities.Due to the problems of self-ability and motivation,the deviation of career goal construction,and the dissociation of occupational work content in some counselors′ work,the career altitude sickness is generated,which affects the overall construction and development of the counselor team to a certain extent.Colleges and universities should focus on cultivating counselors′ ideological and political literacy,professional ability literacy,learning and scientific research literacy,establishing the subjective consciousness of career development,strengthening the core literacy necessary for careers,establishing scientific standards for career success,and adapting to borderless occupations.Career development trends and other ways to ease and crack the counselor′s career altitude sickness,laying the foundation for the sustainable and stable development of college counselors.
