摘要
随着创新能力日益成为企业甚至国家长期发展的核心驱动力,如何促进创新就成为一个关键问题。那么以层级控制为主要特征的科层结构能否适应当前的创新需求?本文从创新的自主性要求、复杂性要求以及创新主体的人本主义要求3个方面详细论述了科层制管理范式与当前组织创新需求的根本矛盾,并展望了未来组织结构范式转变的方向。
With the innovation ability increasingly becoming the core driving force for the long -term development of enterprises and even countries, how to promote innovation ability has become a key issue. So can the bureaucracy with hierarchical control adapt to the current innovation needs? This paper discusses in detail the fundamental contradiction between the bureaucratic management paradigm and the current innovation demand from the three aspects: the autonomy and complexity requirement of innovation and the humanism requirement of the employee , and looks into the direction of the transformation of the organization structure paradigm in the future.
