摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,探讨新发展理念下中国女子篮球联赛的高质量发展。内涵:市场创新发展成为第一动力,球队间竞技实力协调发展成为内在要求,育人系统的绿色发展成为普遍形态,内外联动的开放发展成为必由之路,联赛成果的共享发展成为本质要求。困境:市场创新能力不足,联赛经营窘困;球员流动不畅,联赛竞技格局失衡;育人系统薄弱,球员可持续发展难以保障;开放发展不充分,内外联动不足;治理主体互惠共享难,联赛社会责任不突出。策略:强化市场创新能力,推动联赛提质增效;规范球员自由流动,协调联赛竞技格局;构建绿色育人系统,保障球员可持续发展;优化开放条件,促进内外高效联动;落实治理主体互惠共享,积极履行社会责任。
By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper discussed the high-quality development of Women's Chinese Basketball Association under the new development concept.Connotation:Market innovation and development has become the first driving force,the coordinated development of competitive strength between teams has become an internal requirement,the green development of the education system has become a common form,the open development of internal and external linkage has become the only way,and the sharing and development of association results has become an essential requirement.Dilemma:The lack of market innovation ability has led to diffi culties in association management.The fl ow of players is not smooth,and the competitive landscape of the association is imbalanced.The education system is weak,and the sustainable development of players is diffi cult to guarantee.There is insuffi cient opening up and development,and insuffi cient internal and external linkage.It is diffi cult for governance subjects to share mutual benefi t,and the social responsibility of the association is not prominent.Strategy:We should strengthen the market innovation ability to promote the quality and efficiency of the association,regulate the free movement of players and coordinate the competitive pattern of the association,build a green education system to ensure the sustainable development of players,improve conditions for opening up 68 to promote efficient internal and external interaction,and ensure that governance entities benefit and share to actively fulfill their social responsibilities.
