摘要
统计分析中韩3国在第20~24届冬奥会的竞技表现,发现中韩冰上项目相当,雪上项目中国更胜一筹,日本竞技实力落后于中韩,但雪上项目表现稳定。认为中国在政策、资金经费、场馆设施、冰雪人才、冰雪氛围等方面存在发展困囿,应借鉴韩国“双滑”并进,做强做精以及日本稳“滑”拓“雪”竞技策略,围绕实施政策、资金经费、场馆运营、人才培养、专业指导五方面提出困囿纾解路径,以推动中国向冬奥强国及冰雪强国阔步迈进。
Based on the statistical analysis of the performance of China and South Korea in the 2Oth to 24th Winter Olympic Games,it is concluded that China and South Korea are equal in ice sports,China is better in snow sports,and Japan lags behind China and South Korea in sports,but the performance of snow sports is stable.There are development difficulties in policy,fund,venue facilities,ice and snow talent,ice and snow atmosphere and other aspects.It is suggested that China should learn from South Korea's"double skating"and become stronger and better,and learn from Japan's competitive strategy of"steady skating"and"promote snow",and put forward the path to ease the development of China's ice and snow events in five aspects:policy,funding,management of facilities,talent training and professional guidance,so as to push China to stride forward to a great power of winter Olympics and ice and snow sports.
