摘要
20世纪90年代以来,有关客观世界的规律性、历史发展必然性、知识的客观真理性以及各种决定论的思想观念都遇到了挑战;人们越来越认识到传统的、理性的和“科学的”认知方式、知识创新模式和管理学的演进发展模式需要改变。本文从管理学的现代性、超现代性和后现代性三个方面讨论了管理学的发展模式问题。管理学发展方向的多元发展模式对于管理学发展是必需的。
The author thinks that the laws on the world, the inevitability of historical development, the verity of knowledge and all kinds of determinisms have been challenged since 1990s. People come to realize that it's necessary to change the traditional, rational and "scientific" cognition patterns, the innovation models of knowledge and management evolutionary models. This paper discusses the evolutionary models of management from the following points of view such as modernity, hypermodernity and post-modernity, Finally, the author comes to the conclusion that it's necessary for the development of management to let its directions of development be diversified.
