摘要
针对目前常规结构的3D打印机存在的打印速度慢、结构较复杂和打印回转体模型时精度差等问题,设计了一种极坐标式的新型3D打印机,该打印机具有3个自由度,由2个直角坐标加1个旋转平台组成,以微处理器(Advanced RISC Machine,ARM)作为核心控制器,步进电动机为驱动器件,采用模糊PID控制算法,使温度控制更精确.通过打印对比测试,表明极坐标式3D打印机具有打印速度快、精度高、稳定性好和控制简单等优点,并且采用模糊PID控制算法使得温度控制精度较高,温差控制在±2℃以内,加热时间缩短50 s左右,提高了整体打印质量,具有一定的应用价值.
Aiming at the problems such as slow printing speed, complicated structure and poor precision when printing the rotary body model,the 3D printer with the conventional structure was designed with a polar coordinate type 3D printer which had three degrees of freedom and took ARM as a core controller, stepper motor for the drive device, fuzzy PID control algorithm, the temperature control more accurate. Finally, the printing comparison test results show that polar coordinate 3D printer with high print speed, high precision, good stability, simple control,and the use of fuzzy PID control algorithm makes the temperature control accuracy higher,improving the overall print quality,as future research provides a direction.
