摘要 3D打印思想诞生于19世纪末,此后便在全球各地发展起来,在这百余年间发展出了多种3D打印技术以及多种应用于3D打印的材料。3D打印机在这期间同样也在发展,从简单框架三自由度到现在发展的六自由度以及多喷头的结构,不同的3D打印机根据材料与打印要求的不同,而设计出对应的结构来不同的打印需求。文章采用文献研究法,系统的分析了近年来3D打印技术及3D打印机的发展情况,并对不同3D打印机的结构进行分析,同时对各类3D打印机的优缺点进行系统的总结与评价,并通过实际结构对目前各种3D打印机的发展挑战进行了分析展望。 The idea of 3D printing was born at the end of the 19th century.Since then,it has developed all over the world.In these more than 100 years,a variety of 3D printing technologies and materials applied to 3D printing have been developed.3D printers are also developing during this period.From the three degrees of freedom of simple frame to the six degrees of freedom and multi nozzle structure developed now,different 3D printers design corresponding structures to meet different printing requirements according to different materials and printing requirements.Using the literature research method,this paper systematically analyzes the development of 3D printing technology and 3D printers in recent years,analyzes the structure of different 3D printers,systematically summarizes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various 3D printers,and analyzes and prospects the development challenges of various 3D printers through the actual structure.
