摘要
为了解决穿经机中自动高效率穿筘的控制问题,研究了一种穿经机自动穿筘控制系统。介绍了系统的工作原理、硬件选型和软件设计;控制系统由Q03UDECPU、QD75D4定位模块、伺服系统,步进电动机、机器视觉系统、工业PC等构成。系统运行结果表明,钢筘运动定位精准,穿筘动作稳定可靠,穿筘速度高达140次/min,比传统穿筘机提高6倍以上,可完全满足穿经机对穿筘动作的高速度要求。
In order to solve controlling problem of high efficient reed-in in drawing-in machines, a reed-in automatic controlling systemin drawing-in machines is designed. The principle, hardware design and software program are introduced. The controlling system is made upof Q03UDE modules, QD75D4 positioning modules, servo motors, step motors, machine vision systems and IPC. The application of thecontrolling system of automatic reed-in device is proved to be reliable and high efficiency, which permits the drawing-in of 140 reeds perminutes, and is six times more efficient than hand reed-in. The system can greatly satisfy the requirements for drawing-in machines for highefficiency.
