摘要
针对西山煤电某矿三相异步电机经常出现胶皮燃烧味道、冒烟和漏油等现象,以该矿电动机在使用过程中出现的故障为基础,分析造成电机过热和漏油等故障现象的原因,并对正在使用的YB3型电机提出改进方案。将改进方案在某矿下进行实践应用,改进后的矿用三相异步电机供电可靠性得到了提高,工作状况良好,成功解决了电机烧损和漏油问题。
In view of the phenomena such as the smell of rubber burning,smoke and oil leakage often appearing in the three-phase asynchronous motor of a certain mine,the causes of the overheating and oil leakage of the motor are analyzed on the basis of the faults occurred in the operation of the motor in this mine.The YB 3 motor which is in use puts forward the improvement scheme.The improved scheme is applied in a mine,the reliability of the improved three-phase asynchronous motor is improved,the working condition is good,the burning loss and oil leakage of the motor are solved successfullyt.
