摘要
针对阳煤集团某矿鼠笼式电动机在使用过程中出现的故障,分析造成电机过热的原因,并对正在使用的鼠笼式电机提出改进措施。实践证明:通过改进,成功地解决了鼠笼式电机烧损问题,其供电可靠性得到了提高,改善了工人的工作环境,为企业带来了一定的经济效益。
Based on the faults of the motor in the use process of the mine,the causes of overheating of the motor are analyzed,and the improvement measures of the squirrel cage motor in use are put forward.The reliability of the improved squirrel cage motor power supply has been improved,the problem of motor burning has been successfully solved,the working environment of the workers has been improved,and certain economic benefits have been brought to the enterprise.
