摘要
为解决三相异步电机在日常运行中时常出现胶皮燃烧味道以及冒烟、漏油等问题,基于该三相异步电机的使用现状,介绍了电机工作原理,分析了电机过热问题及漏油原因,并提出加强电机管理、改变散热方向、更换电机内部胶质材料等一系列具体改进措施,并在潞安集团某矿具体应用了该改进方案。改进后的三相异步电机运行平稳、可靠、工作状况良好,不仅更好地保障了矿井的安全生产,而且提高了经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of rubber burning, smoke and oil leakage in the daily operation of the three-phase asynchronous motor, based on the current situation of the use of the three-phase asynchronous motor, the working principle of the motor was introduced, the overheating problem and the cause of oil leakage were analyzed, and a series of specific changes were put forward, such as strengthening the management of the motor, changing the direction of heat dissipation, replacing the internal rubber material of the motor, etc.The improvement scheme was applied in a mine of Lu’an Group. The improved three-phase asynchronous motor is stable, reliable and in good working condition. It not only ensures the safety production of the mine, but also improves the economic benefits.
