异步电机典型构件系统的模态及结构位移分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究振动噪声及结构位移对异步电机的疲劳及寿命影响,以某型舰艇实用异步电机为研究对象,选取电机转子、风扇及其传动件作为典型构件系统,分别进行系统有限元模态分析及瞬态动力学分析。给出了构件系统的单元类型,确定了构件系统静力学分析及有预应力条件下的模态分析方法,并在不同的转速、风力与载荷情况下,进行构件系统的瞬态动力学应力分析。得到了某型舰艇异步电机典型构件系统的振型、固有频率及其最大结构位移,为进一步研究舰艇电机的减震隔噪技术奠定了理论基础。 In order to study the effect of vibration noise and structural displacement on the fatigue and life of asynchronous motors,a practical naval asynchronous motor was taken as the research object,and the rotor,fan and its transmission part were selected as the typical component system,then the finite element mode and transient dynamics analysis were carried out. The unit types of the component system were given,and the statics analysis and modal analysis method under the condition of prestressing were confirmed. Under different speed,wind and load conditions,the transient dynamic stress were analyzed. The vibration mode,natural frequency and maximum structure displacement of the typical component system were obtained,which provides a technical method for further carrying out the overall dynamics analysis.
