摘要
根据筛分机大型化发展的可能性,制造了三种模型筛分机,并对其进行了试验模态分析、动力响应仿真分析和结构动力修改分析,得到了三种模型筛分机的各阶固有特性与参数、力响应仿真型态与参数及结构动力修改方案和结果,在对照分析的基础上,提出了三种模型筛分机结构修改的建议,最后经综合分析得出了双通道筛较其他两种更适合于筛机大型化发展的结论,为工程设计提供了理论依据。
According to t he possibility of t he large vibrating screen development tend,three sorts of model were made。The screen models were analysed with the experiment modal analyse,the force response emulation,the structure dvnamic modification。The results are the various modal shape and parameter,the force response em ulation shape and paramerer, the prograrn of the struerure dynamic mcdifieation,Based on the comparative analy sis,this paper presented the plan of the structure modificalion。 Finally pointed out,the two channels vibrating screen is better than another for the large structure。The theory is provided for practical design.
