摘要 教育信息化2.0时代,现代信息技术既作为高校转型发展的要素,又作为其相关要素优化整合的机制,已成为促进地方高校转型发展的关键变量融入到高校转型发展各要素中,全面推动地方高校目标升级、体系重构、培养模式变革、管理方式转变,从而为地方高校向应用技术性大学转型提供了可行的路径。 In the era of educational informatization 2.0, modern information technology has become a key variable to promote the transformation and development of local colleges and universities both as an essential factor of the transformation and development of colleges and universities and as a mechanism for optimizing and integrating the relevant elements. It has been integrated into the elements of the transformation and development of colleges and universities, and comprehensively promotes the upgrading of objectives, system reconstruction, and the transformation of training modes and the transformation of management modes of local colleges and universities, which provides a feasible path to the transformation from local universities to applied technical universities.
