摘要
目的分析自贡市美沙酮门诊新入组吸毒人员丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、艾滋病病毒(HIV)和梅毒(TP)感染状况和危险因素,为制定有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法采取问卷调查方式收集自贡市美沙酮门诊1 108名新入组吸毒人员人口学特征资料,并采集血样进行HCV抗体、HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检测。结果1108名吸毒人员HCV抗体阳性952例(85.9%),HIV抗体阳性有156人(14.1%),TP抗体阳性有89人(8.0%),HIV+HCV合并感染151人(13.6%),HCV+TP合并感染85人(7.7%),HCV+HIV+TP合并感染80人(7.2%)。结论自贡市美沙酮门诊吸毒人员HCV、HIV和梅毒感染率较高,HCV感染率明显高于HIV和梅毒感染率,女性梅毒感染明显高于男性,二重及三重感染率也较高。应该加强吸毒人群对HCV、HIV和梅毒等感染性疾病的宣传教育和社会干预以及大力推广使用安全套等措施来降低此类疾病在这类人群中的传播风险。
Objective To analyze the status and risk factors of hepatitis C virus(HCV),human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)and syphilis(TP)infection among newly enrolled drug users at the methadone clinic in Zigong City,and provide scientific basis for effective infection prevention and control.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect demographic data of 1 108 newly enrolled drug users at the methadone outpatient clinic of Zigong City,and blood samples were also collected to detect HCV antibody,HIV antibody and syphilis antibody.Results Among the 1 108 drug users,952 were positive with HCV antibody,accounting for 85.9%;156 were positive with HIV antibody,accounting for 14.1%;89 were positive with TP antibody,accounting for 8.0%;151 presented HIV+HCV co-infection,accounting for 13.6%;85 presented HCV+TP co-infection,accounting for 7.7%;and 80 presented HCV+HIV+TP co-infection,accounting for 7.2%.Conclusion The infection rates of HCV,HIV and syphilis among drug users in the Zigong methadone clinic are rather high.The HCV infection rate is significantly higher than the HIV and syphilis infection rates.The syphilis infection rate is significantly higher in females than in males,and the double and triple infection rates are also high.Public education and social intervention on infectious diseases such as HCV,HIV and syphilis should be strengthened in drug users,to vigorously promote the use of condoms and other measures to reduce the risk of spreading such diseases in this population.
