摘要
采用不同浓度的烯效唑对小麦种子进行浸种处理,对小麦成苗有着不同的影响。为了明确其具体影响,本文选择不同浓度的4种烯效唑,分别为0mg/L、15mg/L、30mg/L、45mg/L,对小麦进行浸种处理,观察小麦的幼苗以及生理指标的变化。研究结果表明,不同浓度的烯效唑对小麦幼苗地上部分的生长起到了抑制作用,但会促进小麦根系的生长;小麦幼苗的叶绿素以及脯氨酸含量得到了提升,但丙二醛的含量被降低,植物的抗逆性获得了提升。这些影响对小麦生产起到了积极的作用,但是在具体的浸种操作中要注意对烯效唑的浓度进行控制,使用浓度为15mg/L的烯效唑对小麦进行浸种,小麦幼苗的生长效果最好。
Different concentrations of Uniconazole have different effects on wheat seedlings. In order to clarify their specific effects, four different concentrations of uniconazole, 0 mg/L, 15 mg/L, 30 mg/L and 45 mg/L, were selected to soak wheat seeds and observe the changes of wheat seedlings and physiological indicators. The results showed that different concentrations of Uniconazole inhibited the growth of above-ground parts of wheat seedlings, but promoted the growth of wheat roots. The chlorophyll and proline content of wheat seedlings were increased, but the content of malondialdehyde was decreased, and the stress resistance of plants was improved. These effects played a positive role in wheat production, but in the specific soaking operation, attention should be paid to the control of the concentration of uniconazole. The concentration of Uniconazole 15 mg/L was used to soak wheat seeds, and the growth effect of wheat seedlings was the best.
