摘要
介绍了螺旋输送机的基本结构,以及在铜精矿预干燥工序生产中的作用。针对螺旋输送机多次发生的断裂现象进行原因分析、提出解决方案和改进措施,防止螺旋输送机在运行过程中引起的移位过大、尾部抬升,造成螺旋输送机在运行过程中受力变化,从而引起螺旋断裂。同时要求在设备的操作和点检方面对其进行定期检查,保证螺旋的正常运行。
Introduces the basic structure of spiral conveyor and its role playing in the production of copper concentrate predrying process. In view of the fracture phenomenon of the spiral conveyor in this workshop, the causes are analyzed, the solutions and improvement measures are put forward, preventing the screw conveyor from excessive displacement and tail lifting during operation, which would result in the change of the force of the spiral conveyor in the course of operation, thus cause the screw fracture. At the same time, it is required to carry out regular inspection on the operation and spot inspection of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the screw.
