摘要
文章通过分析粉焦的特性,分析其进入煤粉制备系统后各项参数的变化,总结归纳了粉焦掺入对煤粉制备系统的影响。并从工艺操作和设备技术改造两个方面提出切实可行的解决方案,在实现资源可持续利用的同时,确保煤粉制备系统安全稳定、长周期、满负荷运行。
This article analyzes the characteristics of powdered coke,analyzes the changes in various parameters after it enters the coal powder preparation system,and summarizes the impact of powdered coke addition on the coal powder preparation system.And propose practical and feasible solutions from both process operation and equipment technical transformation to ensure the safe,stable,long-term,and full load operation of the coal powder preparation system,effectively improve the production capacity of the coal powder preparation system,and reduce equipment failure rate.
