摘要
采用传统浸渍法,通过将活性炭或分子筛等载体浸渍于氯化铜和羧酸铜的混合溶液中,预干燥后在负压条件下于260℃加热4h,得到了具有较高CO吸附量及混合气体中高选择性的CO吸附剂。实验表明,当原料甲酸铜与氯化铜摩尔比为1∶1时,选择高比表面积的活性炭为载体,所制得的CuCl吸附剂在0.1MPaCO压力中,吸附性能最佳,CO吸附量最高达到55mL/g(吸附剂),CO/CO2分离比接近2,工业上具有良好的应用前景。
A new CO adsorbent with high CO adsorption capacity and high selectivity in mixed gases was obtained by impregnating activated carbon or molecular sieve in the mixed solution of copper chloride and copper carboxylate,pre-drying and heating at 260℃for 4 h under negative pressure.The experimental results show that when the molar ratio of copper formate to copper chloride is 1∶1,the activated carbon with high specific surface area is chosen as the carrier.The CuCl adsorbent has the best adsorption performance at 0.1 MPa CO pressure.The maximum adsorption capacity of CO is 55 mL/g,and the separation ratio of CO/CO2 is close to 2,which has good application prospects in industry.
