摘要
失重计量给料螺旋机是贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间的关键设备,是熔炼给料系统的咽喉,由于是芬兰原装进口设备,价格昂贵,配件成本高,电机和变频器超负荷运行。通过工作实践总结了螺旋机的性能机结构原理。通过国产备件替代和优化,不仅解决螺旋机给料波动问题和电机超负荷运行问题,而且还降低了备件和维修成本,性能比以前更稳定,达到节能降耗的目的。
Weightlessness metering feeding screw machine is the key equipment in the smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter and the throat of the smelting feeding system.Because it is the original equipment imported from Finland,the price is expensive,the accessories cost is high,the motor and inverter overload operation.The principle of performance machine structure of screw machine is summarized through working practice.Through the replacement and optimization of domestic spare parts,not only solve the problem of feeding fluctuation and motor overload,but also reduce the cost of spare parts and maintenance.The performance is more stable than before,the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.
