摘要 目的:基于色度学分析原理研究大黄粉末蒽醌类成分含量与颜色值的相关性,为大黄品质评价提供参考。方法:基于传统感官色度评价,收集多种色泽的大黄药材。采用分光测色仪对大黄药材粉末进行颜色值测定,并用HPLC测定大黄中总蒽醌及游离蒽醌的含量,研究其与颜色值之间的相关性。结果:大黄的总蒽醌含量与a^*值呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与L^*、b^*、E^*ab值不存在显著相关性;游离蒽醌含量与L^*、E^*ab值呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与a^*值呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:大黄药材蒽醌类成分含量与颜色值存在一定的相关性。 Objective:To study the correlation between the content of anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma powder and the color value based on the principle of colorimetric analysis,and to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.Methods:A variety of color of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were collected based on the traditional sensory chromaticity evaluation.The color value of the powder in the sample of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma was determined by colorimeter.HPLC method was used to detect the content of total anthraquinones and free anthraquinones,and correlation analysis with color value were studied.Results:The total anthraquinone content was significant positive correlation with a^* value(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation with the total anthraquinone content and L^*,b^* and E^*ab values;The content of free anthraquinones was significant negative correlated with L^* and E^*ab(P<0.05),and was significant positively correlated with a^* value(P<0.05).Conclusion:The content of anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is correlated with the color value.
