不同采收期栀子颜色与其3类有效成分相关性研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:研究不同采收期栀子的外观颜色与其成分的相关性。方法:采用数码相机与计算机图像技术对栀子颜色进行数字化表征;采用分光光度法对栀子中总环烯醚萜、总西红花苷、总有机酸3类成分的含量进行测定;用相关、回归对颜色与成分之间的相关性进行分析。结果:L~*、b~*与总环烯醚萜、总有机酸呈极显著正相关,与总西红花苷呈极显著负相关,与L~*的相关系数分别为0.735、0.671、-0.781;与b~*的相关系数分别为0.561、0.796、-0.640。a~*仅与总西红花苷呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.822,与总环烯醚萜、总有机酸的相关性不显著。结论:颜色a~*不仅能辨别栀子的成熟度,而且能够更准确地反映栀子质量。该研究为中药材颜色的量化及其作为质量评价体系提供了依据。 Objective:To study the correlation between color values and compounds of Gardeniae Fructus in different harvest period. Methods : Color values were determined by digital camera and computer image techenology. Contents of total iridoids, total crocins and total organic acids were detected by UV spectrophotometry. Correlation between color values and compounds was analyzed by corre- lation coefficient and regression analysis. Results:L* and b * were positive correlated with total iridoids and total organic acids signifi- cantly, and negative correlated with total crocins significantly. Correlation coefficient between L * and total iridoids, total organic acids, erocins were 0. 735,0.671,-0. 781,respectively. Correlation coefficient between b * and total iridoids, total organic acids, crocins were 0. 561,0. 796, -0. 640, respectively, a * was positive correlated with total crocins significantly, correlation coefficient was 0. 822. There was no significant correlation between a * and total iridoids, total organic acids. Conciusion:a * is not only used to identify the degree of Gardeniae Fructus maturity, but also more accurately evaluate the Gardeniae Fructus quality. This study provides the scientific basis of digitalization of color and evaluation of medicinal materials quality.
