Progress of Studies on the Oxidation Stress in Cardiovascular Diseases

摘要 许多疾病如动脉粥样硬化、高血压、缺血性心脏病等可产生大量的活性氧,引起氧化应激,通过查阅近10年来中外文献研究发现,氧化应激在心血管疾病的发生发展过程中扮演了很重要的角色,而中药在抗氧化方面有其明显的疗效,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供了新的理论基础。 Many diseases such as artherosclerosis,hypertension,ischemic heart disease can generate a lot of reactive oxygen species(ROS) which can cause oxidation stress.Recent studities showed that oxidation stress play an important part in the development of cardiovascular diseases,and the protection by Chinese herbs on those diseases was found,and may be considered as a new rationale of the prevention and treatment for the cardiovascular diseases.
