摘要
口语流利性可以从语流、速度、停顿和修复四个维度以及14个测量指标来考察。通过分析49篇英语专业学生口语说明文的流利性与口语成绩之间的关系发现:14个指标可以解释75%以上的口语成绩,流畅性中的语流和速度对口语成绩的贡献更大;流畅性中的音节总数、产出实际时长、语速和平均语流长四个指标区分力最强。本研究对口语量化分析与口语自动评分具有一定启示。
The oral fluency can be measured with 14 indexes from four categories: utterance, speed, pauses and repairs. Through the measurement of 49 oral expository discourses of English majors, the relationship between fluency and oral proficiency is analyzed. The results show that 14 indexes together can explain more than 75% of oral performance, and fluency measurement indexes are greater than disfluency measurement indexes in terms of their impact on oral quality assessment, and thus they are more effective fluency measurement tools;four fluency measurement indexes, i. e. number of syllables, actual time of the output, speech rate and average length of run are the strongest distinguishing indicators for different levels of score.
