摘要
近年来,为满足混凝土拌合物工作性能要求,一系列新型的缓释技术被用于制备缓释型聚羧酸系减水剂(SPCs)。本文从减水剂对水泥颗粒的“吸附-分散”作用出发,分析了SPCs的缓释机理;然后,分类综述了物理缓释和化学缓释技术合成SPCs的研究进展,并探讨了存在的问题及应用前景;最后,结合未来发展需求,提出了SPCs今后的研究方向。
In recent years, a series of new sustained-release technologies have been developed to prepare sustained release polycarboxylate superplasticizers (SPCs), for meeting the workability requirement of concrete mixtures. In this paper, the sustained release mechanism of SPCs is analyzed based on the " adsorption- dispersion" process of superplasticizers on cements. Then, the recent advances of synthesizing SPCs via physical or chemical sustained re lease technology are reviewed, and the existing problems and application prospects are discussed. Finally, to consid er the needs of future development, the future research directions of SPCs are proposed.
