摘要
本文应用丙烯酸(AA)、聚醚TPEG、活性单体C与自制催化剂为原材料,合成一种适应性较强的聚羧酸保坍剂,并对广东地区几种大宗水泥及混凝土工作性能进行了验证试验,结果表明本产品具有保坍能力较高、适应性较强等特点,可实现2h内坍落度无损失,基本解决常规聚羧酸保坍剂所面临的水泥适应性问题。
This paper synthesizes a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high adaptation performance using acrylic acid (AA) , polyether TPEG, homemade monomer C and self-contained catalysts as the materials. Through the performance validation tests of several bulk cements and concretes in Guangdong, the results indicate that the product has high slump retaining ability, strong adaptability and other characteristics. It achieves without loss of slump within 2h. For conventional polycarboxylate slump retainer, this product is a well solution to the problem of cement adaptability,
