简述了混凝土减水剂的现状,主要介绍了聚羧酸高性能减水剂和萘系高效减水剂的优缺点和应用领域,聚羧酸高性能减水剂在超高层、超大跨度等特种结构和高温等严酷环境下的预拌混凝土中占据主导地位,而萘系减水剂将在预制和现浇混凝土领域具有显著的技术优势。未来的混凝土减水剂发展趋势必然是技术创新引导,集中化、自动化、规模化的生产模式。
This paper briefly introduces the status of the concrete water reducing agent,the advantages and applications of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer is mainly used in premixed concrete under severe environments such as super high-rise,large-span and other special structures,and naphthalene superplasticizer has an edge in area of precast concrete and cast-in-situ concrete. In the future,technical innovation,centralized automation and large-scale production will be the main trend of development of concrete water-reducing agent.
