摘要
以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-2400)大单体,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯基磺酸钠等共聚小单体,在引发剂、链转移剂等作用下在水溶液中通过自由基聚合,合成一种保坍型聚羧酸减水剂TF-8102B,并对其应用性能进行对比。试验结果表明,TF-8102B的减水率虽然相对较低,但能提高混凝土后期流动度,有效地控制混凝土坍落度损失,具有广阔的市场前景。
A new polycarboxylate superplasticizer with slump loss resistance TF-8102B was prepared taking TPEG-2400 as monomers,acrylic acid,methyl acrylate acid and Methyl allyl sulfonate as raw materials,chain transfer agent by radical polymerization in water solution. The property was compared. The results indicated that although the water reducing rate is relatively low, it can improve the late fluidity of concrete,control slump loss effectively,and have broad market prospects.
