摘要
研究了抚钢生产的新型压铸模具钢FS438的高温拉伸性能。结果表明FS438钢在室温下抗拉强度达到1,629MPa,随环境温度的升高,抗拉强度随之降低,在650℃时,抗拉强度为815MPa,此温度下高温拉伸性能明显优于H13钢,约高于H13钢300MPa,说明FS438在600℃~650℃范围内仍然具有良好的高温拉伸性能,能够适应该温度下恶劣的工作环境。
The high-temperature tensile properties of new pattern die-casting die steel FS438 in this paper.The results showed that the tensile strength at room temperature was 1.629MPa of FS438 steel, and the tensile strength was decreasing with the in crease of temperature. The tensile strength reached 815MPa when the temperature was 650℃,The high-temperature tensile properties is superior to H13 steel at the temperature of 650℃, about the 300MPa above the H13 steel. It showed that FS438 steel is still have a fine high-temperature tensile properties at the high teniperature(600℃~650℃)and it can adapt the harsh working environment.
