与发达国家相比,我国模具钢领域的不足之处在于:思想意识落后,无专用技术标准,制造工艺粗糙,使用效果不佳,销售方式陈旧,销售价格过低。近年来,我国在热作模具钢和塑料模具钢方面已有所突破,经超细化处理的SWPH13钢的性能和使用效果达到了国际一流水平,大规格预硬型P20和718钢模块硬度均匀,领先开发了非调质塑料模具钢,同时明确了模具钢的发展方向为高纯度、高均匀性、大型化和长寿命。
Compared with developed countries, the deficiencies in the field of die steel in China lie in behindhand idea, no special technical standard, rough manufacturing process, bad service result, dated sale way and lower selling price. In recent years, the considerable progress in hotworking and plastic die steels in China is as follows: The performance and operating result of ultre-fined SWPH13 steel have attained advanced world levels; The uniform hardness has been gained throughout the prehardened large-sized die blocks of P20 and 718 steels; The non quenched and tempered plastic steel has been developed first in the world. Meanwhile, it has been definite that the die steel is to be developed into high purity, good structure uniformity, large-size and long service life.
