摘要
讨论了热处理工艺对铸造新型高合金冷作模具钢组织与性能的影响,结果表明,采用循环球化退火及1110℃淬火520℃两次回火得到的性能最佳,回火组织为回火马氏体及残余奥氏体,其硬度可达57~60HRC,冲击韧度8~10J/cm2。经优化工艺处理的铸造高合金冷作模具钢镶块,应用于剪切1.0~1.8mm钢板的冲压模具上,模具寿命可达20万次以上。
The effects of heat treatment process on the rnicrostructure and properties of casting high-alloy cold-working die steel were discussed. The results show that the microstructure and properties of the die steel after cycling spheroidal annealing, 1110 ℃ quenching and 520 ℃ twice tempering are optimal. The microstructure as-tempered is tempered martensite and residual austenite, its fiardness reaches 57--60 HRC, the impact toughness is 8- 10 J/cm^2. The insert block of casting high-alloy cold-working die steel treated by optimal process can be used in the cold-pressing die which can snip steel plate with the thickness of 1.0-1.8 mm and its rupture life is more than 2 000 000 times.
