摘要
高职教育缺少对中国传统文化的继承和认可,缺少对国际职教文化的吸纳和消化,缺少对中国高职文化的设计和规划。高职院校要解决人才高素质提升的问题,必须站在文化的视角,通过文化辩证、提取、扬弃和进化的选择最后形成高职文化核心价值体系,找到自己的职业精神文化。以企业文化融合传统、地域文化的文化多元融通为目标的职业文化认同机制、以现代企业职业精神为目标的职业素养心理提升和习惯塑造系统、以文化化人为核心的课程群建设、以企业跟踪反馈为手段的职业素养评价体制、以现代信息技术为媒介的对话交互空间是有效提升学生职业精神的手段,也是高职教育顺进化之理,培养高素质人才的有效路径。
Higher vocational education lacks the inheritance and recognition of Chinese traditional culture,misses cultural absorption and digestion of international vocational education,neglects the designing and planning of China higher vocational education.To solve the problem of promoting high-quality talents needs to find professionalism and form higher vocational core value system from a cultural perspective through a choice of cultural dialectic,extraction,sublation,evolution.A sequential evolution,an effective way to promote students’ professionalism relies on goals of professional cultural identity mechanism of integrating enterprise culture and that of the region,a system of professional quality mentality improvement and habit formation,a core of curriculum group construction of cultural internalization,a means of professional quality evaluation system of enterprise employment feedback,media of interactive space based modern information.
