摘要
采用响应面优化柿叶挥发油冷制皂的配方,在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken响应面分析法对柿叶挥发油冷制皂的配方进行优化。确定最优配方为橄榄油73.9 g,椰子油为19.7 g,棕榈油为10.6 g,柿叶挥发油为1.0 g。采用该配方制作的柿叶挥发油芳香气味,抗菌,泡沫丰富、清洁力强,具有广阔的市场前景。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the formulation of persimmon leaf volatile oil for cold soap preparation. Based on single factor experiments,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the formulation of persimmon leaf volatile oil for cold soap preparation. The optimum formula was 73.9 g olive oil,19.7 g coconut oil,10.6 g palm oil and 1.0 g persimmon leaf volatile oil. The volatile oil from persimmon leaves made by this formula is fragrant,antibacterial,foaming and clean,and has broad market prospects.
