摘要
选出合适的配方,按照配方制作洋甘菊皂和金盏花皂,并对其各个性能指标以及抑菌活性进行测定。结果显示最适宜的手工皂配比为椰子油:棕榈油:橄榄油=15:20:65,其中洋甘菊与金盏花橄榄油浸泡液添加量为10%,该条件下手工皂形态、硬度皆适中,其余各项性能指标均达到相关行业标准,但对耐卡那霉素的大肠杆菌无抗性。故两种手工皂各项理化指标符合国家标准,为合格的手工皂制品。
The appropriate formula was selected to make Chamomile soap and Calendula japonicum soap according to the formula, and the performance indexes and antibacterial activity of the soap were measured. The results showed that the optimum ratio of handmade soap was coconut oil: palm oil: olive oil=15:20:65, in which the addition amount of Chaomile and Calendula olive oil immersion solution was 10%. Under these conditions, the form and hardness of handmade soap were moderate, and the other performance indexes reached the relevant industry standards, but there was no resistance to kanamycin-resistant Escherichia coli. Therefore, the physical and chemical indexes of the two kinds of handmade soaps met the national standards and are qualified handmade soaps.
