喀拉通克铜镍矿充填胶凝材料基本性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对矿山存在大量固体废弃物冶炼渣及尾砂的情况,结合矿山充填特点,提出利用工业冶炼废渣等固体废弃物制备新型胶凝材料的技术思路。本文采用XRD对冶炼渣进行物相分析,并结合化学元素分析法进行冶炼渣基本活性分析,结果表明试验用冶炼渣活性较低、活性激发难度较大。根据试验冶炼渣特性,开展不同激发剂对冶炼渣活性激发的可行性试验,并结合试验结果选取适宜的激发剂类型。同时通过粉磨试验确定最佳粉磨时间为40~50min。在此基础上,开展与尾砂的骨料适应性试验及充填体强度测试分析,最终推荐基于冶炼渣与硅酸盐水泥协同制备适用于矿山充填的新型胶凝材料配方。 In view of the existence of a large number of solid waste smelting slag and tailings in mines,this paper combines with the filling characteristics of mines,the technical idea of using industrial smelting slag and other solid waste to prepare new cementing materials is put forward.The phase analysis of smelting slag is carried out by XRD,and the basic activity analysis of smelting slag is carried out by chemical element analysis method.The results show that the activity of smelting slag used in the test is low.According to the characteristics of test slag,the feasibility tests of activation of different activators to slag activity are carried out,and the appropriate type of activator is selected according to the test results.At the same time,the optimum grinding time is determined by grinding test,and the optimum grinding time is 40 to 50 minutes.Finally,the aggregate adaptability test is carried out according to the properties of tailings.Based on the test and analysis of overstrength,a new cementitious material formulation for mine filling is recommended,which is based on the combination of smelting slag and Portland cement.
