磷渣粉对硅酸盐水泥-膨胀剂复合体系灌浆料性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为更加有效的利用磷渣废料,经过前期大量试验,在确定灌浆料基本配合比基础上,掺入磷渣粉取代胶凝材料。通过改变磷渣粉的粉磨时间与掺量,并结合微观测试分析手段研究磷渣粉对装配式建筑用灌浆料工作性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在硅酸盐水泥-膨胀剂复合体系灌浆料中,以粉磨1、1.5 h的磷渣粉作为掺合料掺入到灌浆料中可显著提高灌浆料的工作性和后期强度,但是早期强度略有降低,当以粉磨1、1.5 h的磷渣粉取代水泥时,基于工作性考虑可实现40%取代,基于早期强度考虑掺量不宜超过20%,即两种不同粉磨时间的磷渣粉掺量不超过20%时,均可满足《装配整体式混凝土结构技术规程》对灌浆料的技术要求。 In order to make use of phosphorus residue more effectively,after a large number of experiments in the early stage,phosphorus slag powder was mixed with phosphorus slag powder to replace the cementitious material on the basis of determining the basic mixture ratio of the grouting material.The influence of phosphor slag powder on the workability and mechanical properties of fabricated building grouting material is studied by changing grinding time of phosphorous slag powder and the amount combining with microscopic test and analysis.The results show that in the Portland cement-expansive agent composite grouting material system,the incorporation of phosphorus slag powder grinding 1,1.5 h as the blending into the grouting material can significantly improve the workability and strength of grouting material,but early strength decreased slightly.Considering the workability,the phosphorus slag powder grinding 1 h and 1.5 h can both achieve 40% substitution,based on early strength,the content of phosphor slag powder is not more than 20% can both meet the “Regulations” based on the technology of concrete structure prefabricated.
